LUKOIL Сard

LUKOIL card is designed for company clients who regularly make purchases at LUKOIL Stations and want to do so on more favorable terms.

Points are accumulated as follows: 1 Point accrues for every 50 rubles spent on fuel or other products at LUKOIL Stations.

When using points: 1 point = 1 ruble.

Points can be collected and used across the whole of LUKOIL network in Russia which includes over 2,000 gas stations.

Additional points are awarded for participation in various promotions of the Club.

LUKOIL Club card can be obtained free of charge upon completing the application form and it is issued on the direct holder. One member can possess only one Club card.

LUKOIL Club Cards

Two kinds of Club cards are available to the members of LUKOIL customer loyalty program:

LUKOIL Club Card for individuals that allows earning and spending bonus points.

Club cards can be obtained free of charge at any LUKOIL Station. To register your card enter the required data into the electronic form or hand your completed application form to an operator at the Station. The card can be used immediately, and the points balance will be available after the application form is processed. Cards are issued free of charge.

Co-brand cards that can be used to collect points not only at LUKOIL Stations, but also elsewhere, as well as to make purchases worldwide.

Co-brand cards can be ordered from the websites of the issuing banks or obtained directly at their sales offices.

ARCHIVAL CARDS

There are several co-branded and other cards, which are no longer emitted but still present in circulation and which function along with others. These are «Rosgosstrakh» and «LUKOIL-Petrokommertz-MasterCard» cards.

Co-branded LUKOIL-Petrocommertz-MasterCard bank card

Co-branded LUKOIL-Petrocommertz-MasterCard bank card was emitted by Petrocommertz bank and it combines the advantages of both LUKOIL Club Card and the benefits of MasterCard international payment system.

LUKOIL-Petrocommertz-MasterCard allows to collect bonus points at LUKOIL Stations and use them to get discounts on fuel and other products as follows:

1 point accrues for every 50 rubles spent at LUKOIL Stations;
1 point accrues for every 100 rubles spent using LUKOIL-Petrocommertz-MasterCard at other sales points;
1 point accrues for every 75 rubles spent from debit card «LUKOIL-Petrocommertz-MasterCard»
1 point accrues for every 50 rubles spent from credit card «LUKOIL-Petrocommertz-MasterCard»

Additionally, cardholders are able to:

Receive up to 15% discounts from Petrocommertz Bank partners including various shopping and leisure centers, hotels and sports clubs.
Participate in all promotional campaigns and events of LUKOIL Club.

The card is equipped with contactless payment technology VISA PayPass.

LUKOIL Club Card+

The card was designed and issued in association with the Russian Automotive Partnership (RAP) and was distributed through ROSGOSSTRAKH.

According to the terms of the joint promotional campaign «Fuel Card+», any car owner who is also a ROSGOSSTRAKH client was given a LUKOIL Club card upon acquiring Voluntary health insurance (VHI), e.g. Comprehensive Cover (CASCO) or «Fortuna Auto».

Upon 30 liter refueling at LUKOIL Station new members of the Program received 300 Welcome Points.

Cardholders can enjoy all the benefits of the LUKOIL Club membership without exception.

This primarily means the ability to collect and exchange points for fuel and products at LUKOIL Stations. Furthermore, the owners of these cards are eligible to receive legal advice from the RAP.

The card is equipped with contactless payment technology VISA PayPass.
